Self Catering Availability
We have two houses which each sleep six people. Availability can be seen below. It shows green if at least one house is available. In the normal season our houses can be booked Saturday to Saturday. In the low season shorted breaks may be possible.
Prices
The prices shown are per house per week. Price vary through out the season. A £50 deposit per house per week is payable to book your accomodation with the balance payable three weeks before you arrive.

How to Book
To book, simply let us know which weeks you would like to book. We will quickly confirm availability. Your week is provisionally booked and you forward your deposit to us.

Terms and Conditions
All terms for your self-catering holiday are per week unless otherwise arranged.
A deposit of £50 per week is required to reserve a week. This deposit is non-refundable.
The house will be available for your self-catering holiday from 4pm subject to unavoidable delays. The house must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Guests are expected to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.
All breakages must be paid for and reported to the owners.
The balance for your self-catering holiday is payable 4 weeks prior to the start of the week or weeks booked. For cancellations within this period please telephone immediately to enable us to try to re-let the week or weeks. If we are able to re-let we will refund you your balance after we have received full payment from the other party.
Booking for self-catering holiday cannot be accepted from person’s under18 years of age.
The booking is made on the understanding that we will place Edinbane Cottage at your disposal on the date stated. Should we not be able to do this through circumstances beyond our control, all payments will be refunded and you will have no claim against us.
We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time to any person who in our opinion is not suitable to occupy the cottage. In such a case all monies will be refunded and you will have no claim against us.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure the details are correct we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or the result thereof.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland.
